Chair massage
The chair massage is an effective pressure point massage to the
head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, hips and legs. The
techniques are based on traditional Japanese Shiatsu
(acupressure), and has been developed to apply on location. The
specially designed chair supports the head, chest and limbs so
that the body can totally relax. During the chair massage the
masseur triggers a number of acupressure points which influences
the internal energy ballance. This is done with the thumbs, fingers,
hands and elbows. Possible blockades can be cleared in this way
and weak spots can be reinforced. Chair massage will relax the
muscles of the body who suffer from stress or an inadequate body
posture. After the chair massage one may feel vividly relaxed and
can resume work with renewed energy. The chair massage is
adaptable to the individual condition of the employee. Regular
chair massages will have a reviving effect and can resolve light
health complaints.
